Allen K. Ayers is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Financial Planner, and holds a Master’s Degree in Taxation earned from the University of Baltimore Law School. He is accredited in business valuation by the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. This credential was granted upon proof of business valuation experience and the successful completion of a written examination. Mr. Ayers has been practicing in the public accounting industry for over 33 years. He has been providing business valuation and litigation support for over 18 years.

Allen is versed in virtually all tax return preparation services. He has provided individual, corporation, partnership, estate and gift as well as foreign tax return preparation. He has taught several courses for professional organizations as well as being an adjunct professor at a local college.

Allen has been appointed as an expert witness in the Circuit Courts of Talbot, Queen Anne’s, Anne Arundel, Prince Georges, Baltimore County, and Baltimore City. He has also been appointed as an expert witness in the District Courts of Anne Arundel, Washington and Talbot Counties. He has provided expert witness analysis and reporting under Rule 26 of the Federal Rules of Procedure as well as the United States Federal District Court.

Valuation and litigation support services include mergers and acquisitions, divorce, buy-sell agreements, gifts and estate tax reporting as well as dissenting shareholder cases. These services have fallen under a wide range of industries, including professional services, real estate development, construction and contract companies, retail and wholesale sales, automobile and motorcycle dealerships and intellectual property.

Litigation support includes valuation reporting, expert witness testimony, lost profit analysis, forensic asset tracing in theft and fraud cases as well as shareholder dispute resolution.
