Christopher J. Williams has over 15 years of experience in public accounting, specializing in small business, partnerships/S-Corporations, virtual currency, and high net-worth individuals.
Thomas J. McCarthy began his accounting career working in the corporate auditing field in the early 1980s. Having dealt with a variety of businesses, estates, and individuals over the years, he has extensive experience in all types of tax-related issues including negotiating with the IRS and other taxing authorities.
Mr. Litvinuck has multiple years of experience in the preparation of various tax returns including but not limited to, individual, corporate and non-profit tax returns. He also has extensive experience in preparing business financial statements and assisting clients with many aspects associated with the financial statements.
Allen K. Ayers is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Financial Planner, and holds a Master’s Degree in Taxation earned from the University of Baltimore Law School. He is accredited in business valuation by the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.
In addition to being a CPA, Mr. Frost is a managing partner of Frost Law a Maryland based law firm. His firm focuses on Tax Controversy and Litigation, International Tax Matters, Tax Planning, Estate Planning, and White-Collar Criminal Defense.
