Diana V. Villaruz, CPA, brings more than 15 years of accounting, auditing, and tax experience to her clients. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Oregon State University in 2009 and began her career in public accounting with Moss Adams LLP in Eugene, Oregon, where she provided audit and tax services to clients in the higher education, nonprofit, forest products, construction and real estate, and healthcare industries.

Following her time at Moss Adams, Diana expanded her financial and accounting expertise in private industry with Anixter Canada Inc., where she worked from 2011 to 2015. She returned to public accounting in 2015 and has continued serving individuals and businesses with a focus on accounting, tax planning, and tax compliance.

Diana holds active CPA licenses in Maryland and Montana. At KMAF, her primary focus is providing small business accounting and tax services, helping business owners navigate complex financial matters while supporting their long-term growth and success.

A resident of Maryland's Eastern Shore, Diana lives with her husband and their two sons. Outside of the office, she enjoys international travel and exploring different cultures, experiences that broaden her perspective and enrich her relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
