This coming year we will use a secure Client Portal called Canopy (https://kmaf.clientportal.com/) to share information, upload documents, and track progress. Creating an account is simple, be on the lookout for an invite in your email inbox right after the New Year. They even have a mobile app. Search for "Canopy Client Portal" in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You will be up and running in no time.
Due to the USPS's rising postage costs and delays, you will receive our annual engagement letter and your 2022 Tax Organizer through Canopy Client Portal. We will also utilize some of their other features, such as eSign requests, to simplify signing documents. We will upload all the files on the USB drive to the client portal. If you would like to receive your tax organizer via paper copy, please fill out this form (https://forms.office.com/r/aiBJc9YCsx) or call the office at 410-643-4477 by January 9th.
